Eliya Greenfield is a passionate and dedicated Israeli registered dietitian with a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, the University Medal and First Class Honours in Dietetics from the University of Sydney, she brings a wealth of evidence-based nutrition knowledge to her practice, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through sustainable lifestyle changes.
As a big foodie herself and with a deep understanding of the complex interplay
between nutrition, behaviour and the brain, she employs evidence-based strategies rooted in principles of neuroplasticity to facilitate lasting transformations in clients’ lives. Eliya firmly believes that small, consistent changes in behaviour can lead to significant improvements in overall health and well-being over time.
Recognising that as individuals we all have unique requirements, likes and dislikes, Eliya works closely with her clients to develop a tailored strategy, considering their personal needs, challenges and goals. Through personalised coaching and support, she helps clients develop practical skills and strategies to overcome barriers, establish healthy habits and cultivate a positive relationship with food and body.
