She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Physiology, a Master’s in Dietetics and Nutrition, and a PhD from Hebrew University.
Dr. Bauer’s academic journey reflects her dedication to understanding the intricate connections between nutrition, hormones, and the brain, particularly in the context of women’s health. Her doctoral research at Hebrew University delved into the complexities of neuroscience and endocrinology, showcasing her commitment to advancing knowledge in these critical areas.

With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, the University Medal and First Class Honours in Dietetics from the University of Sydney, she brings a wealth of evidence-based nutrition knowledge to her practice, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through sustainable lifestyle changes.
As a big foodie herself and with a deep understanding of the complex interplay
between nutrition, behaviour and the brain, she employs evidence-based strategies rooted in principles of neuroplasticity to facilitate lasting transformations in clients’ lives. Eliya firmly believes that small, consistent changes in behaviour can lead to significant improvements in overall health and well-being over time.

Hilit Milner
DietitianHilit Milner is a registered clinical dietitian and founder of the wellness blog Sunrise by HMDietetics. She has over 14 years of dietetic experience both in private practice as well as a clinical setting after having worked in one of the largest private hospitals in South Africa. This not only gave her a strong clinical background, but also allowed her to appreciate the importance of personalized, preventative nutrition. She believes that there are many inter-connected pieces to one’s health puzzle such as genetics, gut health, environmental inputs, one’s medical history, mental well-being, relationship with food and body and more. She encourages patients to view themselves in a holistic manner. She is not only invested in how to solve your health problems and symptoms naturally through the food you eat and the way in which you live your life, but also in how to empower you through scientifically based nutritional knowledge to reach your goal and optimise your health and wellness.
